Our Process
Four stages, and you always know which one you are in.
Certification runs to a sequence. Here is ours, what we need from you at each point, and roughly how long each stage takes.

Enquiry and fee proposal
Send through your plans and development consent. We confirm what certificate you need, what your documentation is missing, and a fixed fee — usually the same day.

Assessment and approval
We assess the documentation against the National Construction Code and the conditions of consent. Anything that does not comply comes back to you as a written list, not a phone call you have to take notes on.

Inspections through construction
Once appointed as Principal Certifier we set the inspection schedule against your build program. Book an inspection and you get a time, an attendance, and a written outcome — pass or the specific item to fix.
04
Occupation and handover
At completion we check the final documentation, carry out the final inspection and issue the occupation certificate so the building can be lawfully occupied.
